Micro-Reinforcement Fiber ÂÑÌ
Since 2005 «C-Airlaid» LLC is involved in profound R&D activities in the field of application of synthetic fibers as a reinforcement agent within compositions based on organic- and inorganic binders (including cement grouts).
«C-Airlaid» LLC produces BCM polypropylene-based fiber (diam. 20-50 microns, length 3-18 mm) with tensile strength within 350-500 MPa for 3-dimension micro-reinforcement of cement-sand grouts, heavy and other types of concretes.
Reinforcement fiber is widely used in construction as an efficient micro-reinforcement element of compositions based on organic and inorganic binders (dry mortars, various types of concrete grouts and mixes).
For Your reference:
Reinforcement fiber is a super-fine synthetic fiber (micro-fiber) pulled from granules of high modulus thermo-plastic polymer by means of extrusion and further structural modification.
